The Thang

Since today is Groundhog Day, YHC decided to make the beatdown, er, repeatable just to get everyone in the Bill Murray spirit.

  • 10 Curls for Gurls
  • 10 Thrusters
  • 10 V-Ups with block
  • 10 Incline Merkins (on block)

After each set, we ran to the end of the parking lot and back. Then the Q asked one of our participants a ground-hog themed trivia question. 3-burpee penalty for a wrong answer.

Then, because it’s Groundhog day, we repeated the whole shebang again.

Remember the people from your past who have made an impact on your life and make efforts to reconnect with them. YHC has college friends who mean a lot to him. It took tragedy for this group to start reconnecting, but we do connect and communicate often, which only enriches YHC’s life.
