Word of the Day was Consistency

As men, Consistency is an important trait to have as we provide leadership to our families and communities

Every post is different but at the same time similar. The F3 Credo, ‘Leave No Man Behind, But Leave No Man Where You Find Him’ in entrenched in every workout providing a Consistency to each post.

The Challenge: to provide Consistency to you family, in your workouts, at your job, as leaders in your community, and most importantly with you relationship with God.

PSALMS 34:5 Keep your eyes upon the Lord, you will shine like the sun and never blush in shame

As far as the other officer, Prairie Dog, he never made it to the center as he was engaged in other activities, but he received an F3 name none the less
