One partner mosies while the other does 10 Mericans then runs to catch up to the partner moseying and then the partner does 10 Mericans. Rinse and repeat until you get to 100 squats.
Mosey over to baseball fields, stop to pick up a coupon on the way to the bleachers.
At bleachers, boxjump, 10 overhead pressb, boxjump, 10 chest press, boxjump, 10 tricep extension X5
Mosey to parking lot. Bring coupon.
