“Strength through adversity. The strongest steel is forged by the fires of hell. It is pounded and struck repetedly before it’s plunged back into the moulten fire. The fire gives it power and the flexibility and the blows give it strength. Those two things make metal pliable and able to withstand every battle it’s called upon to fight.” -Sherriyn Kenyon

“Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not easily be bent out of shape.” – Michael McGriffy

The goal of the workout was to stretch for flexibility, run for cardio, and push through the pain of growing.

It was raining on and off during the entire workout. At which point everyone’s feet were drenched, we got on the ground for some bear crawls. I doubt there wasn’t a dry spot on anyone. We did a little groin stretch at one point, where Backfire came up with the name TenderGroin

Gloomies coming up!
