QIC reminded the PAX to say in the moment and not try to control every aspect of everyday (especially when on vacation with the family).
Wrecked Em wants to incorporate more P90x workouts into the beatdowns. Everyone agreed a 45 minute version of “Bring Sally up” would be awesome.
